The project consisted of a two-story 57,000 SF addition and three-story 17,000 SF renovation. The new addition consisted of new classrooms, new labs, new kitchen/cafeteria, connection to existing school and miscellaneous office space. The renovation included renovations to the gymnasium, locker rooms, weight rooms, and miscellaneous offices.
Gutmann College House is University of Pennsylvania’s newest addition to its long-standing collection of college houses.
