Tenants at “The Court,” a large retail power center, included Bryn Mawr Stereo, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, and Men’s Warehouse. INTECH and Deptford Township officials worked closely to allow for a smooth temporary certification of varied tenant occupancies.

Club Quarters
Retrofitting this 17-story building to accommodate a new hotel required an intricate approach. To maintain historical integrity, millwork was carefully removed during demolition and reused. An additional consideration was that work had to accommodate the regular business of an adjcent Rite Aid store.
The Hill at Whitemarsh Continuing Care Retirement Community
Located on the legendary, 1,000-acre Erdenheim Farm, this project was designed to provide reassuring continuing care for senior citizens without sacrificing independence. INTECH constructed 200 individual apartments, a centralized health center, 28 assisted living units, and 60 skilled nursing facilities.
