INTECH completed phased construction and repositioning of this 45-story high-rise rental property at 1500 Locust Street, located in Center City between the Avenue of the Arts and Rittenhouse Square. It houses 600 units including studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom residences and a parking garage.
Renovations included the entrance lobby, amenity areas, and new apartments on the 14th and 44th floors, as well as upgrades to the common areas, elevator lobbies, and corridors on each apartment floor.
