This 28-story mixed-use development consists of ground floor retail space, five levels of parking to accommodate 201 cars, and 23 floors of residences. The 363 residential units are a combination of studio/efficiency and one- and two-bedroom apartments. A rooftop amenity level with an outdoor pool deck is also included, as well as, sustainable features including a bioretention system. This project has achieved LEED Silver Certification.
The building was constructed as a cast-in-place concrete frame. The exterior envelope consists of a unitized window wall system that integrates glass, louvers, and metal panels. The exterior wall features a vertical projection on the north and south elevations that continues horizontally to connect with a sloping projection on the east elevation.
