INTECH renovated the existing office space, located on the 12th floor of the Wells Fargo Building (123 S. Broad Street), to create a furniture show room for A. Pomerantz & Co. The project included conference rooms and office areas. Renovations were completed on the existing lobby and kitchen. The company is owned by Garry Maddox, the former center fielder of the Philadelphia Phillies. All renovations took place in an occupied space.
