The new headquarters fit-out for Ardent Credit Union overlooks Benjamin Franklin Parkway with views to City Hall. The existing space presented challenges with ceiling heights and floor elevations, but a comprehensive collaborative plan with the design team helped resolve problems without any concessions to the original design intent. The fit-out uses high-end finishes, custom details and lighting patterns, and sliding glass-front systems at all offices. INTECH’s planning efforts addressed the long lead times for specialized products and materials and allowed the team to deliver the space under budget and on time for the client’s move-in date.
