The Camden Hilton Garden Inn is a hotel planned as part of a new mixed-use urban neighborhood on the banks of the Delaware River in Camden. In addition to the hotel, the planned neighborhood will include up to 1.2 million square feet of office space, apartments, and retail space, as well as an expanded and improved public park.

The seven-story hotel will offer 180 rooms, including 20 extended stay units, 4,400 square feet of meeting space, and a variety of dining options including both indoor and outdoor amenities. The building itself will be a steel stud-framed bearing wall structural system over a podium. The façade will be customized from the standards for a Hilton Garden Inn, and will contain a combination of panels and punched windows.

The project will be delivered through a Design / Build methodology.
