The new Essential Properties corporate headquarters is a full-floor fit-out tailored to support the company’s dynamic work environment. The project features a centrally located HUB that serves as the heart of the office, offering flexible seating options, informal meeting zones, and open collaboration areas designed to encourage interaction.

Private executive offices and a variety of formal meeting rooms are strategically placed around the perimeter and enclosed with full-height glass sliding fronts to maximize daylight and spatial flexibility. The design emphasizes openness and flow while maintaining privacy where needed.

Throughout the space, cloud ceilings and custom decorative lighting fixtures create visual interest and help define distinct zones. Carefully curated accent elements are crafted from steel framing and multicolored glass to reflect the client’s brand identity.
