INTECH returns to the historic Lafayette Building for a soft goods refresh to 270 guest rooms and corridors at the Kimpton Monaco Hotel. The luxury boutique hotel refresh included updated wall coverings, furniture, lighting, and window treatments. The refresh introduces a neutral palette to the guest rooms and amenities in preparation for America’s 250th celebration.The Red Owl Tavern, located on the ground floor, was included in the hotel refresh. The client’s eco-friendly focus influenced the Hotel Monaco’s development and incorporated environmentally-conscious practices into its design and operations.
