Jefferson – Abington Memorial Hospital IR Lab Renovation

INTECH partnered with repeat client Jefferson for the renovation of the Interventional Radiology Lab #1 at Abington Memorial Hospital. The space and equipment help facilitate advanced medical imaging to guide minimally invasive procedures. The scope included a new super suite ceiling system, upgrades to the electrical infrastructure, and equipment installation. The new Phillips IR machine provides advancements in precision and reduced radiation to patients. The project was performed in an active wing of the hospital requiring ICRA Class V precautions, including rigid airtight barriers, HEPA filtration, continuous negative air pressure, as well as dust and debris control.
