Lincoln Square is a mixed-use development between Broad Street and 15th Street, and Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue. The project includes a new tower, parking garage, and renovation and addition to a historic train shed building. In advance of the construction for the new Lincoln Square development, the hazardous and contaminated soils within the new building footprint were excavated and hauled off site. This was required as part of the last piece of the owner’s deal to acquire the land from PIDC, and had to be completed ahead of the sale being finalized.

“INTECH has been Alterra’s trusted partner for many years. Their thorough, thoughtful approach to Pre-Construction leads to more efficient project staging, better schedule outcomes, and more budget certainty. During the construction of Lincoln Square, the team’s attention to detail and problem solving was critical to the project’s success. I would highly recommend INTECH for any large scale, mixed-use construction project.”
