INTECH converted a vacant TD Bank branch located on
the ground floor of Two Logan Square with access to the building’s lobby into a restaurant that features specialty Italian sandwiches. It is the first restaurant for the owners who implemented their ideas after being finalists in the 2013 – 2014 Wharton Business Plan Competition. Their plan also includes franchising multiple restaurants throughout Center City and University City.
INTECH coordinated and supervised the construction of the front-of-house restaurant as well as the complete installation of all new kitchen equipment and appliances. The new
space features high-end finishes, custom millwork, and a service island with marble tops. Heavy concentration of floor trenching, excavation, backfill, and concrete repair work were required for new plumbing lines to be installed for restrooms and kitchen equipment.
INTECH self-performed the demolition, drywall, acoustic ceilings, carpentry, and millwork installation.
