Newmark is one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms. This project is a 14,000 square foot fit-out of Newmark’s new Center City office in One Commerce Square. Including complete demolition, new mechanical systems, and high-end finishes, this project is another addition to INTECH’s comprehensive work at both One and Two Commerce Square.
Designed as an open-concept floor plan, the space features polished concrete floors and a black-framed glass office system around the perimeter of the space. Beyond the custom-built reception desk, a telescoping glass wall in the main conference room opens to the suite entry. A Hydra Moss green wall, porcelain wall panels, floating wood veneer ceilings, and Cambria Quartz solid surfaces adorn the public spaces.
