One Riverside

One Riverside is a luxury condominium located along the Schuylkill riverbank in Fitler Square. The location is a key waterfront site in the City of Philadelphia overlooking Schuylkill River Park with its meticulously-maintained community gardens. It is immediately adjacent to one of the main access points to the riverbank and trail system that leads to the Philadelphia Art Museum and beyond. The project included a 22-story high-rise, below-grade parking, plus landscaped grounds and recreation space. Eighty-eight luxury condominiums on 19 levels overlook dramatic views up and down the Schuylkill River and across West Philadelphia.
