The project includes renovations at five zones, including 13,150 SF of fit-out of an existing core and shell space for a poker room, and 26,450 SF of new construction and fit-out space for a show room. The show room scope also includes 1,700 SF of exterior bus and loading docks with canopies.
Additionally, INTECH’s scope includes a pizza restaurant with a dining room that is 2,700 SF of fit-out of existing core and shell space, and a gastro pub restaurant with a dining and show kitchen that is 5,100 SF of fit-out of existing core and shell space. The pizza restaurant and gastro pub share a kitchen and back of house area of approximately 4,200 SF.
Finally, there is 1,400 SF of kitchen renovation located at the existing Parx Casino Grille. The project also includes sitework to provide a new loading dock, bus parking, revised vehicle parking, and a building addition on the north side of the building.
