Parx Casino Expansion

The project includes renovations at five zones, including 13,150 square feet of fit-out of an existing core and shell space for a poker room, and 26,450 square feet of new construction and fit-out space for a show room. The show room scope also included exterior bus and loading docks with canopies.

A pizza restaurant with a dining room and a gastro pub with dining space and a show kitchen were incorporated within the casino. A new shared kitchen and back-of-house area support both facilities. INTECH also renovated the existing Parx Casino Grille, giving casino patrons a variety of dining options. Exterior sitework provided a new loading dock, bus parking, revised vehicle parking, and an addition to house support services on the north side of the building.
