The fit-out for the new Pennoni headquarters presented a challenging schedule with many long-lead items. The project takes up the entire third floor of 1900 Market Street. Several long-lead items, including custom office fronts, required close coordination between subcontractors. Items had to be ordered earlier than normal in the construction process. Other trades that presented a challenge to the schedule were lighting, ceramic tile, and millwork. This work was purchased early to meet the 15-week overall schedule. With close coordination, hard work, and the right group of subcontractors for the project, INTECH was able to deliver a high quality custom product on time.

“Pennoni relied on INTECH’s capabilities to deliver a quality workplace for our new headquarters in Philadelphia. Our requirements were very challenging, both in scope and timeline. As obstacles arose, INTECH kept the project on schedule, provided recommendations along the way, and always had the best interests of Pennoni in mind. We were all impressed with the results. Thank you to the INTECH team for all of your efforts and attention to detail in making this a successful project for Pennoni.”
