Rittenhouse Plaza Annex

A repeat client, the Rittenhouse Plaza’s renovation of their adjoining three-story shell created new retail spaces on the first two floors and a high-end apartment on the third floor. The project included the addition of a four-stop MRL elevator, new MEP systems, and restoration of the building’s historical exterior. The apartment featured a two-bedroom and two-bathroom layout with a kitchen and living room, while the retail spaces were prepared for future tenants. The scope also included roof patching, window replacement, plaster patching, and the historical preservation of the exterior of the building.
