Project Description

INTECH partners with Roman Catholic High School for the construction of a new S.T.E.M center and renovations to the existing campus building. This multi-phased project modernizes academic and student facilities while maintaining full school operations. The first phase of work establishes all new site utilities, including domestic water, storm, sewer, gas, and electrical service. The second major phase will involve the connection of the new STEM Center to the existing building, along with key MEP system tie-ins. New construction includes kitchen expansion, lobby, atrium, school store, classrooms, labs, robotics, and maker space. Renovations include existing bathrooms, admin areas, classrooms, and learning commons. The project also includes covered and uncovered parking.
