Sfuzzi was the first of more than 50 Shops at Liberty Place to open and test Williard Rouse’s mixed-use concept at 17th and Market Streets. INTECH’s construction was closely coordinated with Rouse’s site development to achieve a most aggressive, 12-week schedule. The architectural quality of the facility included detail such as hand-painted wall coverings applied to plaster assimilated to stone columns and archways as well as leather-wrapped ornamental railings.
