The new Symphony House is a 31-story luxury condominium tower that evokes the glamour of 1920’s Philadelphia, with a formal base, slender shaft, and pronounced, soaring top. The first new residential highrise on Broad Street in decades, it features masonry walls, mansard roofs, arched openings, and dramatic setbacks, with a series of expansive terraces, balconies, and bay windows. The building also includes a spa/fitness center, clubroom, dining salon, boardroom, wine cellar, and parking garage within the structure. The new adjoining Suzanne Roberts Theatre, a 400-seat live performance facility that is home to the Philadelphia Theatre Company, was constructed simultaneously. These projects were a joint venture with L.F. Driscoll Company
