The Inn At Penn Hotel Renovation at University of Pennsylvania

The Inn at Penn is a five-story, 248-guestroom full-service hotel built in 1999. Identified by the Hilton brand in accordance with brand standards, the renovation scope includes full renovation of the guestrooms, corridor, lobby, select meeting rooms, and minor exterior improvements. New finishes will complete the renovation. INTECH is currently providing pre-construction services to help align the project goals with a given schedule and budget.
