The project is an upgrade to the existing 4th-level roof deck amenity space at The Laurel, a luxury condominium tower on the bustling Rittenhouse Square managed by Southern Land Company. A new landscaped outdoor bar area will enhance the building’s amenity offerings, providing an outdoor space for residents to socialize. The design integrates landscape features and custom furnishings to elevate the rooftop experience and includes all necessary modifications to improve functionality.
