The McClelland Dining Facility project was a complete gut and renovation of an existing lounge. The renovations included all new MEP services for a new kitchen, serving area, and food preparation space. Along with the new MEP infrastructure work, the space was fitted out with all new casework, wood paneling, kitchen equipment, and granite countertops and finishes. While the space was not completely designed until May, the project was completed by the scheduled opening date in August. INTECH was able to stay within budget and still meet the Owner’s needs and align the Architect’s intent.
