Size: 1,050,000 SF (each tower 350,000 SF)
Client: University of Pennsylvania
Architect: MGA Partners, Architects

Our work at the iconic Hamilton Village Towers – three high-rise dormitories constructed in the late 1960s on the University of Pennsylvania campus – began in 2003 with complete window and fan coil replacements in Rodin House. INTECH returned for seven successive summer periods since then, to perform increasingly complex assignments at HVT.

INTECH completed full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, M/E/P equipment and dual-temperature riser replacements, new hardscaping, curtainwall installations, and exterior renovations in each tower. Each phase of the work was condensed into the 15-week summer recess period when the dormitories were unoccupied, to ensure the project was completed prior to the students’ return for the fall term.
