This project will improve the building’s overall utilization through the realignment and implementation of various economical workplace solutions and result in the effective, long-term housing solution for the federal agencies it houses.

In addition to upgrading building systems, the fit-out work will increase space efficiency and utilization throughout the building, consolidating a number of government agencies and their mission critical functions. All renovation work will be completed in a fully occupied building with minimal swing space.
