This project consisted of re-stacking office space within a 10-story, 841,280 GSF federal office building located at 6th and Arch Streets in downtown Philadelphia.

This project improved the building’s overall utilization through the realignment and implementation of various economical workplace solutions and result in the effective, long-term housing solution for the federal agencies it houses.

In addition to upgrading building systems, the fit-out work increased space efficiency and utilization throughout the building, consolidating a number of government agencies and their mission-critical functions. All renovation work was completed in a fully-occupied building with minimal swing space.
