INTECH fitted out a Mindworks retail store located in the E Terminal at the Philadelphia International Airport for Stellar Partners. The project took place in an active airport terminal within the security perimeter.
The space was fitted out with all new flooring, painting, lighting, metal finishes, and casework. INTECH self-performed significant portions of the work including carpentry, drywall, ceiling, and casework. By self-performing the work, INTECH was able to receive, unload, and distribute millwork, shelving, and merchandise, when it worked best in the schedule, thus eliminating coordination issues.
