In addition to the large-scale sitework package, INTECH constructed both the North and South Plaza tenant stores for Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Home Depot, Sears, Pier One Imports, PETsMart, Barnes & Noble Bookstore, Phar-Mor, Office Max, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Home Place, and Zany Brainy. INTECH maintained a schedule through severe winter weather and met all tenant turn-over dates.
