INTECH’s principals encourage the staff to work hard, to pay attention to details, and to follow through on every commitment. The INTECH team includes the highest level of expertise, skill, and experience. We have been dedicated to building trust and delivering excellence to our clients for more than 30 years.
Founded by Craig “Sab” Sabatino and Will Schwartz in 1986, INTECH has evolved from its humble beginnings to become a major Philadelphia presence, constructing many prominent projects in the region. At the company’s founding, Will and Sab shared a belief that they could offer a distinctly different, service-oriented, personal approach to the construction industry, honoring the principles of craftsmanship, quality, and integrity. More than thirty years later, these values continue to guide INTECH’s philosophy and form the cornerstone of the company’s culture. INTECH is proud to serve the area’s major academic and cultural institutions, the healthcare, hospitality, and business sectors, and private development.
As co-founder of INTECH Construction and a native South Philadelphian, Craig “Sab” Sabatino is the son of the late John S. Sabatino, a regionally-known architect. Having worked for local construction firms in management positions prior to the formation of INTECH, Sab is recognized today by the business community as a man with a powerful work ethic and great tenacity.
