American Heritage Federal Credit Union – Red Lion Road

Long-term client American Heritage Federal Credit Union engaged INTECH to perform design/build services for a new office building located on its Philadelphia corporate campus. As a two-story structure with a basement, the new structure connects to an existing facility on the basement and second floor levels. The first level of the new building consists of meeting space, a cafeteria, a mailroom, and three large Community Rooms where American Heritage hosts internal business meetings and local community events. The second floor is the main hub for the credit union’s Contact Center which is dedicated to servicing its members. The building’s façade and exterior finishes blend seamlessly with the historic aesthetic of the existing campus. INTECH’s team expedited the design and construction process while also assisting the Owner in managing scope to fit within the budget.
