This project featured the use of porcelain in three different applications. The main entry displays a corporate signage wall with porcelain panels surrounded by wood veneer panels. Large-format floor tiles are utilized throughout the reception area and into the kitchen/pantry. The third porcelain feature is the “island” countertop in the middle of the pantry. Another focus point of the space are the all-glass office fronts and doors with applied film for privacy.
Coordination with the building’s other tenants was critical, as this space was carved-out from a larger space that remain occupied during construction. This space also incorporated part of the building’s main lobby into the new space for Chartwell Investment Partners.
The project was completed on time (12 weeks) and under budget.
