Brandywine Global Investment Management offices on two floors of the Cira Centre required a high-end tenant fit-out, including a 750 SF server room for state-of-the-art networking needs. The finishes included exquisite wood flooring and frameless glass partitions to enclose offices, meeting rooms, and conference areas. The 50,000 SF space was on a fast-track schedule, completed in four months.
