Post & Schell Office Renovation

The Post and Schell office renovation was one of numerous projects INTECH has completed in the Three Logan building in Center City. The previous tenant occupied two floors that suited Post and Schell’s needs with the exception of miscellaneous layout and finishes. The project incorporated much of the existing space with the introduction of new lighting and reconfiguration of conference rooms, offices, and reception areas. INTECH coordinated new security systems, re-used and modified glass wall fronts, and protected all equipment and furniture to be used once the space was turned over.
