Ruth’s Chris Steak House

The new Ruth’s Chris Steak House is located on the ground floor of the Sonesta Hotel at 18th and Market Streets. This project included high-end finishes including a custom bar, burled walnut-clad walls, pecky cypress and cork-covered ceilings, custom wall coverings and faux painting throughout, glass louvered walls, as well as wood, marble, and custom carpets throughout. In addition to the high-end finishes, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, an exhaust system, and an HVAC system were installed requiring great coordination and collaboration between the design team and the construction team. An aggressive 18-week schedule added to the complexity and the coordination efforts of the project.
