Two Liberty Place was originally constructed as prime highrise office space, soaring 57 stories high, making it the second tallest building in Philadelphia. INTECH has transformed eight floors of this signature building into luxury residential condominium units. Units have been completed with high-end wood doors, Snaidero cabinets, Meile appliances, and Kallista fixtures. A combination of marble, wood flooring, and carpet flooring was installed in each unit. An amenity floor comprised of swimming pool, lounge, and gym completed the residential renovation.
