10 Rittenhouse Square – Amenity Floors

INTECH managed the construction of the new amenity space on the 2nd and 3rd floors of 10 Rittenhouse Square. The project included a Club Room, Card Room, Gallery, and Party Room, complete with custom fabricated trim, extensive paneling and millwork, and high-end lighting design. The Board Room and Business Center provide elegant settings for meetings and business events within the building. A walnut-paneled Wine Tasting Room and climate controlled and specially insulated Wine Storage Room provide sophisticated facilities for wine enthusiasts residing at 10 Rittenhouse Square. The Music Room features a see-through fireplace surrounded by intricately detailed mantels and woodwork. These amenity spaces are complemented by a fitness facility complete with cardio equipment, a dedicated free weight area, and yoga room.
