The space in the BNY Mellon Center, located at 1735 Market Street, was renovated to provide an impressive amenities floor complete with billiards, long board, bar, and a wine locker. The space also includes huddle areas constructed with reclaimed lumber and sitting areas with gas fireplaces. The large training section includes operable partitions to accommodate a variety of group sizes. An outside roof deck constructed from Ipe wood overlooks Market Street. A variety of finishes were included in the final design, including polished concrete floors. Coordination of design details and the availability of materials were key to the completion of the project.
