University of Pennsylvania Health System – Histology and Cytology Laboratory

INTECH renovated the second floor of 3020 Market Street and constructed a new Histology and Cytology Processing Center for the University of Pennsylvania Health System. This laboratory fit-out included installations of extensive laboratory casework, fume hoods, and all related mechanical systems, as well as major rooftop chillers, an emergency generator, and chemical storage in the basement. 12,000 SF of shell space were also created for future growth.
