Temple University – Montgomery Parking Garage

The parking garage is located on the block bound by Montgomery Avenue, 11th Street, Berks Street, and Warnock Street, within a few blocks of the Main Campus buildings, with accessibility from all directions. It is a five-story pre-cast concrete structure providing 1,143 parking spaces. The exterior is pre-cast spandrels with glass at grade level. The project also included retail/office space on the 11th Street side of the building. The project has achieved LEED Silver Certification.
