To provide a contemporary academic office environment for faculty, research staff, and school administration, renovations to Fagin Hall were intended to improve the quality of office and common areas, increase interaction among users, and allow for greater efficiency and ease of use.

INTECH renovated the third and fourth floors, housing high-end offices, conference rooms, and an interior courtyard with green roof garden and glass block walkways. A tenant fit-out of the alumni office and additional office space on the second floor were also completed as part of this project, as was laboratory space on the first floor for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
