Size: 90,000 SF
Client: Leggat McCall Properties
Architect: Kanalstein Danton Associates

This four-story speculative office building was completed within a 12-month construction period. The exterior features a brick facade with blue tinted glass strip windows accented by limestone sills. The curved facade, featuring aluminum wall panels, aluminum soffit panels, and strip windows, required intensive coordination.

Due to schedule constraints, the aluminum wall panels were fabricated in advance of the completion of the structure. Accordingly, the structure and the supporting steel appurtenances required construction precision. INTECH’s coordination efforts proved to be rewarding because the facade was completed on time, permitting the entire project to be completed per contractual schedule requirements.

The primary interior feature is the two-story entrance lobby enclosed by a curtainwall. The lobby features cherry wood paneling and is enhanced by a ceremonial stair, stainless steel railings, and granite flooring. The central core includes vertical transportation, circulating stairs, toilet rooms and janitorial facilities and utility closets.
