Westbrook’s 20-acre site was completed within four months from the start of construction, allowing the stabilization of finished surfaces to be completed six months ahead of schedule. The buildings were constructed of all pre-cast exteriors, marble flooring and atria walls. This project required installation of underground recharge beds, designed to be environmentally correct. With INTECH’s input, the number of recharge beds was reduced, allowing the client to realize significant savings.
