This new Science and Technology Research Facility was created to enhance emerging research development and new technology business incubation. Modular research laboratories with flexible laboratory casework and state-of-the-art fume hoods enable adaptability at wet labs and prep areas. Shafts were sized to allow future expansion of wet labs for ventilation systems without disruption. A backbone system of fiber optics service and satellite communications enable user connectivity to worldwide information and research communications.
