Aetna determined that they would restack and consolidate their corporate campus in Blue Bell, PA to accommodate the absorption of personnel located in King of Prussia. The Blue Bell campus consists of four primary buildings totalling 400,000 SF and impacting 3,800 employees. This project involved numerous moves and phased renovations of all buildings to accomplish the required restacking. The project was governed by aggressive and inflexible schedule requirements.
