In 2004, INTECH renovated Stiles Alumni Hall for Drexel University – a 16-story residence for medical students at Drexel’s now closed Hahnemann campus. Two decades later we worked with repeat client EQT Exeter to transform the building into a modern apartment complex offering affordable living focused on inclusive , community-centered design. The project included the renovation of 150 units from traditional dormitory-style accommodations into modern apartments with new flooring, fresh paint, renovated kitchens and bathrooms, and updated lighting throughout. Common areas were upgraded, with enhancements to the corridors and first-floor amenity spaces. The project includes major HVAC upgrades, including the replacement of the building’s cooling tower and exhaust fans, ensuring improved energy efficiency.
