Jackson Square is a complex of four buildings located in Jersey City, NJ. Developed for use by the Jersey City administration, the 238,000 SF of space will house offices and parking, and is part of the redevelopment zone designed to help revitalize and anchor the neighborhood.
Jackson Square City Hall Annex is a new three-story building occupied by the Jersey City Housing Authority, Economic Development Corporation, Commerce Department, and Health & Human Services. Completed by INTECH in 2016, it is constructed of a steel frame with metal deck, and is clad in brick, cast stone, aluminum windows, and a curtainwall façade.
