This professional basketball training center is composed of two buildings, the practice facility building and an office building which serves as the Philadelphia 76ers’ main office.

The practice facility building includes two full-size basketball courts designed as exact replicas of the Wells Fargo Center court. A host of amenities were constructed for the players, coaches, management, and staff, including fitness, training, and rehabilitation space. A hydrotherapy space with a lap pool and two dunk pools was provided, as well as player and coaching staff locker rooms. A large conference room and broadcast media facilities supports audio-video review. A player lounge and private restaurant with an outdoor waterfront terrace and balcony overlooking the courts are part of the program, as are support facilities such as food service, laundry, loading dock, and offices for general management, coaching staff, and owners.

The office building includes ground floor retail space with outdoor seating, a helipad, and a rooftop terrace with a view of the waterfront. This building houses the remainder of the 76ers staff.

Site improvements included private parking and an 8,500 SF player parking canopy, with associated security and ornamental fencing and extensive concrete retaining walls.

“This is the first time in Sixers history that the training facility and our corporate offices are together in one location. Your partnership has been invaluable in this undertaking to build the biggest and best training facility in all of sports in the US.”

Scott O’Neil Chief Executive Officer Philadelphia 76ers
