Client: Subaru of America
Architect: Granum A/I

Located adjacent to the new Subaru of America Headquarters building, the National Service Training Center is the newest development in Brandywine Realty Trust’s Knights Crossing master plan, and completes Subaru’s state-of-the-art corporate campus. Structural precast concrete panels form the building’s exterior and support a structural steel frame. The building’s interior contains private and open office space, multi-purpose space, meeting rooms, an employee commons area, accessories development and product management areas, and a full service shop with (43) vehicle maintenance bays, supported by parts storage and warehouse space. Shelled space allows for the opportunity to expand the office space in the future.

“As we launched the project, we had far more questions than answers. We knew selecting the right partner was critical, a partner who would navigate the uncertainty and help us find the finish line. INTECH was perfectly suited to meet that challenge. At every turn, the INTECH team provided solutions. The result is a building that’s an essential piece of the Subaru story.”

In the News: Subaru workers will cross a bridge when it comes to them

Subaru of America already has its own street outside a new headquarters here. It’s about to get a bridge, too. But while Subaru Drive carries cars and trucks, the company’s span will serve workers walking between the 250,000-square-foot headquarters and a smaller facility now under construction. See the article on Courier Post.
