PREIT is a real estate investment trust headquartered in Philadelphia. The fit-out of their new corporate office space on the 10th and 11th floors of One Commerce Square includes an intercommunicating stair with terrazzo treads and glass rails, high-end custom millwork, lighting with an integrated audio visual package, and telecommunications controls throughout. In addition to the office fit-out, the core restrooms and elevator lobbies were fully renovated. The two-phased project was completed in 22 weeks.
