This mixed-use project will be a major addition to the urban fabric of Conshohocken, and a game changing development which will spur significant economic growth. Located in the heart of Conshohocken on Fayette Street between Elm Street and First Avenue, SORA West will consist of an 11-story core and shell office building totaling 525,000 SF, a 12-story parking garage housing 1,500 cars, and a 9-story hotel totaling 114,000 SF. The office building and the hotel will each have two levels of parking incorporated into their design.
Between the office building and the hotel will be approximately 35,000 SF of retail components, enlivening the full block campus. An existing historic firehouse on the site will be renovated into a restaurant, and the plaza between the buildings will be fully developed and activated into a community gathering space.
Demolition of the two existing office buildings and parking garage presently located on the site is required, to make way for the new development.
